The International Construction Conference (ICC)
The International Construction Conference (ICC) is an annual event organised in conjunction with the International Construction Week (ICW) and the Malaysian Building Exposition (MALBEX). The ICW is hosted by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia whilst the ICC is initiated and pioneered by The Chartered Institute Of Building Malaysia in 2002. Since then, the conference has been organised annually with emphasis on the respective areas of interests and themes.

The International Construction Conference 2008
Feedbacks from participants for both the ICC 2006 and ICC 2007 indicated specifically the interest and preference on project-based conference. Hence, CIOB Malaysia has decided to organise another similar International Construction Conference (ICC 2008) in August 2008, in conjunction with the 25th MALBEX 2008 and International Construction Week 2008. The conference maintains its focus on “Mega Projects”.
